What are the Connect2Care Heroes Awards?
Welcome to the Connect2Care Heroes Awards! Celebrating the outstanding apprentices and employers we work with across adult care, early years and funeral services.
We share in the success of our dedicated learners who have taken on their apprenticeship with passion. And we champion employers who have gone the extra mile to drive apprenticeships forward within their workplace.
The awards showcase the diverse range of apprenticeships in adult care, early years and funeral services. They celebrate our apprentices’ individual development and drive to become leaders and stars of the future.
To be a Connect2Care Apprentice or Employer Hero, you must be nominated by an individual in the Connect2Care community such as a customer, colleague, employer or Connect2Care Vocational Trainer. A judging panel of industry experts will select the winners in November 2023.
Announcing the winners
Winners will be announced during a roadshow during December 2023 and January 2024! Their success will be celebrated online during apprenticeship week in February 2024 where winner of the Connect2Care Hero of the Year 2023 will be crowned.
